 Agriculture
Our first fields were ‚Bioland’ certified in 1995. By now we have more than 6.5 hectares under cultivation. We grow root vegetables, all kinds of cabbage, pumpkin, potatoes and even asparagus.In our greenhouses, we have salad, tomatoes, cucumbers and paprika. From the orchards we have apples, pears, plums, berries, cherries, and elderflower. The herb-garden provides us with fresh herbs for the kitchen and of course for herbal teas.
Nothing goes to waste-jams, compotes and juices are lovingly prepared from the abundant harvests. All this experience is also made available, through seminars and open-days, to companies and organisations wishing to learn about organic farming.
