Our Daily program...and other activities.
 The hotel is a place where you can be alone as much as you want, or enjoy the company of like-minded people in some of our group activities. The 30 minute daily exercise program at 8.30am is a great meeting place and a chance to try out yoga classes, stretching or oriental healing arts exercises. In the afternoons, we offer a variety of active and quiet meditations. After dinner there are often lectures, dance-events, mini-seminars and demonstrations of some of our more popular bodywork techniques.
