The Baltic Sea
Only 10km away, it is the Baltic which gives the local climate so much charm; contrary to what one might think it is often warm, windy and suprisingly sunny. The leisure activities available are everything one would expect from a modern seaside resort. Boltenhagen is the place to go when you like company or to wander down the promenade,window shopping or relaxing at some of the excellent restaurants and cafes. There are also some beautiful remote beaches in the area for those times when you feel like some quiet. |
